Viability assessment

Phil O’Callaghan

Volte supported a national work-based learning organisation to assess the financial and operational viability, informing decisions on future organisational form and delivery approach. The engagement involved evaluating transition options, including standalone and merger pathways, and assessing these against financial sustainability, industry alignment, and learner outcomes. Volte facilitated stakeholder engagement and co-design workshops, synthesising insights into a structured viability framework and transition plan, enabling leadership to identify a preferred pathway and progress toward implementation.
