Volte was engaged by a large public sector regulator to support a programme of operating model and organisational design change in the context of legislative and regulatory reform. The work included detailed functional analysis across core and enabling functions, development of a future-state structure and leadership model, and the preparation of a comprehensive proposal for change. This was supported by a structured consultation approach, including staff engagement, feedback analysis, and implementation planning to enable an effective transition.
