Volte worked with a large public infrastructure agency to support the design of a simplified operating model through the introduction of functional hubs. The work identified fragmentation, duplicated effort, and unclear accountabilities across regional and functional teams, and developed options to consolidate capabilities into more streamlined hub structures. This included defining hub roles, clarifying interfaces with delivery teams, and identifying key transition considerations, providing a practical pathway to improve consistency and support more efficient, scalable delivery.
