Volte was engaged by a large tertiary education provider to undertake a review of its functions, executive accountabilities, and organisational structure as it transitioned to a stand-alone entity. The work included discovery and analysis, executive workshops, and the development of future-state design options aligned to emerging Government expectations. This provided a structured basis for decision-making, including a proposed organisational design, supporting rationale, and synthesis of executive feedback to inform the incoming Chief Executive.
