Enterprise operating model transformation
Rob Heaney
Volte was engaged by a regional intergovenmental organisation to design an enterprise-wide operating model transformation programme in response to persistent fragmentation, capacity constraints, and challenges in delivering integrated services. The work synthesised insights from prior reviews and a current state assessment to define a set of transformational goals focused on workforce planning, integrated prioritisation, policy and process modernisation, and the centralisation of core functions. THis established a clear, phased roadmap and programme architecture to improve organisational effectiveness, strengthen service delivery, and enable a more cohesive, "one organisation" model for members.
