Operating model and stakeholder interface design

Volte supported a large agency to review and improve its interactions with local government as part of its broader operating model. The engagement involved assessing fragmented processes, coordination challenges, and unclear accountabilities across teams, and identifying opportunities to enable more joined‑up engagement. Volte developed a structured framework to improve governance, clarify ownership of data and insights, and strengthen coordination mechanisms, enabling more consistent and effective collaboration with external partners and improved delivery of transport outcomes.
