Marc O’Leary is an Executive Director at Volte with over 20 years’ experience in organisational effectiveness, people strategy and large-scale transformation. He has held senior leadership roles with Unity Technologies, Xero, Spark and Vodafone UK, working across New Zealand and international markets. Marc brings deep expertise in operating model design, organisational development, mergers and acquisitions, remuneration and workforce strategy. He works closely with boards and executive teams to translate strategy into practical organisational change and improved performance.
Fun fact– When Marc isn’t working, you’ll usually find him spending time with the kids, fitting in some skiing or turning up the rock music.
