Her extensive background in communications and change comes to the fore when supporting organisations through the change process, marrying her strategic and creative expertise with her love of a good spreadsheet.
Fun fact - Kate’s all-time favourite movie is The Princess Bride and will quote far too much from it when given the chance (inconceivable!).

Our most recent UK import, Kieran is a dab hand at helping organisations get clear on their strategies and turning these into transformational change programmes. Kieran’s background in both NZ and the UK has seen him tackle the meatiest of challenges and successfully deliver service and organisation design, strategies, and performance frameworks.
