Integrated organisational design

Volte joined a large public sector agency to help progress their organisation design which had become bogged down by siloed consultancy providers and fragmented advice. Volte was able to connect across the different groups and provide guidance and clarity, delivering a joined-up organisational design activity and an end-to-end operating model for the agency. In addition, Volte was asked to lead aspects of change programme implementation to make sure organisational changes reflected the integrated design intent.
