Kate loves the diversity of working with different organisations to shape their operating model and design for success and has been integral to major operating model reforms in the public sector in recent years. Her extensive background in communications and change comes to the fore when supporting organisations through the change process, marrying her strategic and creative expertise with her love of a good spreadsheet.
Fun fact - Kate’s all-time favourite movie is The Princess Bride and will quote far too much from it when given the chance (inconceivable!).

Our most recent UK import, Kieran is a dab hand at helping organisations get clear on their strategies and turning these into transformational change programmes. Kieran’s background in both NZ and the UK has seen him tackle the meatiest of challenges and successfully deliver service and organisation design, strategies, and performance frameworks.
Fun fact - The number one song on Kieran’s desert island playlist is ‘Time’ by Pink Floyd.

Recently returned to New Zealand after eight years in the UK, Blair leverages his public and private sector experience to empower clients to make informed decisions. With his strong analytical skills, extensive financial modelling experience and commercial acumen, he loves helping clients achieve operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
Fun Fact: An avid rugby enthusiast, Blair's all-time favourite player is the legendary Christian Cullen.

Jono brings skillsets across both finance and data analytics domains. His background spans multiple sectors across education, not-for-profit, construction, FMCG, financial services and more. He has a proven track record of building strong, constructive relationships combined with data-driven insights to tackle complex business problems.
Fun Fact: Jono enjoys musical theatre in his downtime and has memorised all 3 hours of lyrics for the hit Broadway musical Hamilton.

Recently graduated from the University of Canterbury with a degree in accounting, Bradley has a strong drive to help clients better themselves and their business. Keen to build on his university experience, Bradley joins the Volte team with a focus in accounting, finance, economics and business.
