Business case development and service delivery model design

Business case development and service delivery model design

Phil O'Callaghan

Volte supported a regional economic development agency to develop a high‑level business case assessing future vocational education delivery options for their region. The engagement involved evaluating alternative models, including a community‑based learning hub and a regional private training establishment, supported by analysis of current operations, stakeholder engagement, and demand modelling. Volte synthesised financial, operational, and stakeholder insights into a structured assessment of delivery options, enabling the organisation to understand trade‑offs, identify a preferred approach, and progress planning for a sustainable model of education provision in the region.
