Organisational design and operating model development
Rob Heaney
Volte supported a national vocational education organisation to design a future‑state organisational structure for a regional institute, enabling improved alignment to strategic objectives and delivery requirements. The engagement involved assessing current structures, identifying opportunities to streamline functions and clarify accountabilities, and developing a fit‑for‑purpose operating model and leadership design. Volte undertook stakeholder engagement and analysis to develop an evidence‑based organisational design, supporting a sustainable transition to an independent and effective operating model within a changing sector environment.
