Strategic Review of Residential Development Subsidiary

Richmond Tait

Volte was engaged by a large iwi-owned commercial entity to undertake an independent strategic review of its residential development subsidiary. The work assessed the commercial viability, operating model, and delivery capability of the current approach, identifying key risks related to financial performance, governance, and execution discipline. A set of strategic options was developed to clarify purpose, strengthen commercial oversight, and improve delivery outcomes, providing a clear basis for Iwi decision making.
