Volte was engaged by a large, national education provider to undertake a comprehensive review of its workforce planning approach across strategy, operations, and service delivery. The work identified key challenges relating to fragmented planning, limited forward visibility, and reliance on manual processes, and developed a structured workforce planning framework to support more coordinated and forward-looking decision-making. This was supported by a set of prioritised recommendations and a sequenced implementation pathway to strengthen workforce capability, governance, and integration with wider organisational planning.
